General Returns Guidelines:

If you experience any issues with your purchase, we're here to help rectify the situation. We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any problems effectively.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 02040415771 or email info@vitalsupply.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your item. When returning items, ensure that:

  • The goods and packaging are in their original condition (where feasible).

  • Your original invoice or packing slip is included.

  • If the invoice is unavailable, provide your customer account number, full name, contact phone number, product code, item description, and quantity.

  • Note: Returns without sufficient information may not be processed effectively.

Standard Returns Policy:

  • Most new, unopened items can be returned within 20 days for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we cover the return shipping costs.

  • Short-dated items, expired items, or purchases made over 20 days prior are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds are processed within four weeks of the return shipper receiving the package. This includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the bank's processing time (up to 10 business days).
