General Returns Guidelines:
If you experience any issues with your purchase, we're here to help rectify the situation. We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any problems effectively.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 02040415771 or email info@vitalsupply.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your item. When returning items, ensure that:
The goods and packaging are in their original condition (where feasible).
Your original invoice or packing slip is included.
If the invoice is unavailable, provide your customer account number, full name, contact phone number, product code, item description, and quantity.
Note: Returns without sufficient information may not be processed effectively.
Standard Returns Policy:
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 20 days for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we cover the return shipping costs.
Short-dated items, expired items, or purchases made over 20 days prior are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within four weeks of the return shipper receiving the package. This includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the bank's processing time (up to 10 business days).
